LESSONS FROM TSUNAMI IN JAPAN

It is still March 11th in the western coast of the Mediterranean Sea. Some hours ago there was a tsunami in Japan.

I have seen on TV, for the first image of a tsunami in such a way. Some minutes ago I have read about problems in a nuclear factory with the refrigeration.

Tonight I have the feeling that maybe we cannot change the world but that after what has happened today in Japan and the events happening in the southern countries of the Mediterranean it is necessary we change the world. We cannot continue consuming and consuming petrol and electricity.

The neon lights tonight in the streets of Tokyo were very beautiful. The walls full of screens in New York of Lehamnn Brothers some years ago were also very beautiful. But we all know what happened with Lehmann Brothers.

I am going to sleep. But with the feeling that after this tsunami the world cannot continue like this. Now we have Internet and we can communicate with Japan but lives were lost. I feel the priorities have been wrong.

To be continued …
